Answer of Commissioner Timmermans on the SIS entry ban on Ms Kozlovska, indicating that the Commission cannot act in this individual case, and referring Ms Kozlovska to national judicial remedies. This reply is unfortunate as independent judicial review of the entry ban cannot be assumed in Poland.
