Commission fails to answer Written Parliamentary Questions on US surveillance law authorising the collection of EU citizens' digital communications - Hoofdinhoud

Today, MEP Sophie in 't Veld received a reply to the written parliamentary questions that she asked the European Commission in July. The answer that the Commission gave on the US foreign communication surveillance law, which authorises the collection of EU citizens' ditigal communications, is unsatisfactory. Therefore, She send the following letter to Commissioner Jourová, asking for a precise and full answer.
