Van Rompuy: Russia not permanently excluded from G7

EU Council chief Van Rompuy said at the start of a G7 summit in Brussels Russia is not permanently excluded from the club of leading nations, but can come to future summits if it "de-escalates" in Ukraine. "It is only a supsension, it is not a permanent solution," he said.
