LI President Hans van Baalen was interviewed by international news outlet Televisa Mexico during Liberal International's 191st Executive Committee meeting in Antigua, Guatemala.
The LI president spoke about the theme of the Executive, 'The Rule of Law: Fighting organised crime', referring in particular to the challenge presented by narco-trafficking and drug abuse more broadly as not just a Guatemalan problem but an international problem.
