From 17-19 October 2013 the Executive Committee Meeting of the Liberal International was held in Guatemala.
LI President Hans van Baalen MEP took questions from national and international media at a busy press conference. Alongside the LI President was Minister of Communications Alejandro Sinibaldi of host party Partido Patriota.
The LI President took questions on the growth of liberalism across Latin America and the need for an international approach to tackling drug trafficking.
