Deense regering presenteert programma van Deens voorzitterschap van de Raad van de Europese Unie 'Europe at work' (en)

Together with the Minister for Economic Affairs and the Interior, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for European Affairs, the Prime Minister presented today the Programme of the Danish EU Presidency for the next six months.

At a press conference in Copenhagen the Danish Government presented the Presidency programme to the Danish and International press together with the diplomatic corps.

    Van 1 januari tot en met 30 juni 2012 vervulde Denemarken het voorzitterschap van de Raad van de Europese Unie. Denemarken had het stokje overgenomen van Polen. Tijdens het voorzitterschap werkte Denemarken nauw samen in een trojka met Polen en Cyprus, die voor en respectievelijk na Denemarken het voorzitterschap bekleedden.
