The First Consultative Referendum - Main contents

In March 2016 the Montesquieu Institute published a new volume titled 'The First Consultative Referendum: The Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine'.

The bundle gives an overview of the constitutional aspects of the referendum, the association agreement itself and the position of Dutch political parties and voters. The consequences of the association agreement for Ukraine, the EU and its member states will also be pointed out. The volume is divided into several chapters, written by different authors.
