My heart goes out to the families and colleagues of the victims at #CharlieHebdo and to the French people. My prayers are with them.
Freedom of expression is a fundamental European value and we will defend our values in the face of hatred and fanaticism that have nothing to do with the teaching of Islam. We will never yield to force, to violence, to terror.
