'Verloren consensus. Europa in het Nederlandse parlementair-politieke debat, 1945-2012' - Main contents
Since October 2008 the Montesquieu Institute is facilitating a research on Europe in Dutch politics 1945-2010. This research will be carried out by two of the institute's partners: The Centre for Parliamentary History (CPG) and The Documentation Centre for Dutch Political Parties (DNPP).
The research focuses on the history of the European debate in Dutch politics, primarily in the Dutch Parlement, since the Second World War. It will be based on literature and archive research as well as interviews with prominent particpants of the various debates. The duration of the research is approximately 24 months. Publications resulting from the research will be available on this website.
