(9) FremKom4 is a strategic project that focuses on the skills needs and challenges of the future in North Jutland 5 years ahead, to ensure qualified labour and a continued positive development of the Region.    Through FremKom4 analysis enterprises and organizations gain new knowledge about the future competence needs for employees and managers in North Jutland that can be used to launch initiatives, shape education and training to upskill employees for the future labour market in the region.

(15) 305 laid-off workers have a migrant background: 47 are from EU countries and 258 from non-EU countries (139 (54 %) from Eritrea, 67 (26 %) from Myanmar, the remaining 52 (20 %) from a variety of countries).
