(47) In particular, the overwhelming majority of respondents to the Open Public Consultation (97.2%) consider that establishing strong and effective equality bodies is important – see Equality bodies – binding standards (europa.eu) .
(48) Mandate, powers, access, cooperation, surveys, data collection, monitoring, enforcement, independence, resources and structure.
(49) The analysis of effectiveness considers the extent to which the proposed measure is expected to contribute towards progress towards the objectives defined in the intervention logic.
