(1) Pursuant to the decision [reference to the signature decision] of the Council, the Protocol amending the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Kingdom of Morocco, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union (the ‘Protocol’) was signed on [date of the signature of the agreement], subject to its conclusion at a later date.

(2) The Protocol should be approved on behalf of the Union and its Member States.
