Council Regulation (EC) No 329/2007 of 27 March 2007 gives effect to measures provided for in Council Decision 2010/800/CFSP of 22 December 2010 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea ("North Korea"). On 22 April 2013 the Council adopted Decision 2013/183/CFSP repealing and replacing Decision 2010/800/CFSP.
Pursuant to Decision 2013/183/CFSP the Union shall take the necessary measures in order to determine the relevant items to be included in the lists of goods referred to in Articles 2 and 3 of Regulation 329/2007. The list, set out in Annex Ia to that Regulation, should be expanded to include further items.
The High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and the Commission should therefore propose to amend Regulation (EC) No 329/2007 accordingly.
