Article 1
Member States are authorised to accept, without reservations, the amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) contained in the Annex to Resolution WHA 77.17 adopted on 1 June 20240, in the interest of the Union, for the parts falling within the competence of the Union.
The text of the amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) is attached to this Decision0.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
