Council Implementing Decision 2013/676/EU is amended as follows:

(1)	in Article 1, the date ‘31 December 2019’ is replaced by the date ‘31 December 2022’;

(2)	Article 3 is deleted.

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

This Decision is addressed to Romania.
