Article 1

Member States shall prescribe that the dossiers on the products listed in points

1.1. and 1.2. of the Annex to Directive 82/471/EEC are to be compiled in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Annex hereto.

Article 2

Member States shall bring into force on 13 July 1984 the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary in order to comply with this Directive. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.

Article 3

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
