Article 1

In Article 13(1) of Directive 2004/40/EC, the date ‘30 April 2012’ is replaced by ‘31 October 2013’.

Article 2

This Directive shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 3

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
