Article 1

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, Australia, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United Mexican States, the Kingdom of Morocco, New Zealand, the Republic of Singapore, the Swiss Confederation and the United States of America.

The text of the Agreement to be signed is annexed to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
