Sole Article
The European Union position within the ACP-EC Council of Ministers regarding the accession of the Republic of South Africa to the revised ACP-EC Partnership Agreement is to approve this accession, pursuant to the terms of the attached draft Decision.
Formal changes to the draft ACP-EC Council of Ministers decision may be agreed without requiring the annex to the present Decision to be amended.
This Decision is addressed to the representative of the European Union in the Joint ACP-EC Council of Ministers.
