Article 1

Article 17(1) of Decision No 1672/2006/EC is replaced by the following:

‘1.   The financial envelope for implementing the Union activities referred to in this Decision for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013 is hereby set at EUR 683 250 000.’

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
